The aroma of roasting garlic is unmistakable. For those who love garlic, but may not like the bite of raw garlic, roasting garlic offers a way to transform the vegetable into something softer and sweeter. And fortunately, it’s easy to make!

If you are new to vegetarianism / pescetarianism, or will be entertaining someone this holiday who follows one of these restricted diets, it can be difficult to know what to serve. While many people worry about what appetizers they can serve to vegetarians, it really doesn't need to be complicated -- oftentimes, the dishes you were already planning will be fine if they don't include meat. For more ideas that will help you decide on your Christmas apps, we've put together a list of a few of our favorite new recipes.

About one week ago we launched this site with our first six recipes. Over the last week, we've spent some time furiously cooking, improving our photography skills, and posting every original meal we make that's worthy of sharing with you all.

We've also spent some time tweaking some of the site settings and handling some important elements to help us track our progress. We've added Analytics to the site and applied for our first advertising partner - Google Adsense. We plan to try to integrate ads tastefully because we hate all the recipe sites cluttered with ads popping all over.

“You’re going to make me a pescetarian recipe site, okay? Cool.”

That’s what my fiancee said to me over dinner one night eight weeks into COVID-19 lockdown. Though we’d been fortunate enough to be living in an area with nice scenery, we were getting pretty tired of the situation and yearning to stretch our creative muscles.
